Cookie Policy

Effective Date: [DATE] · Last Revised: [DATE] · Entity: Leovoid Technologies, Inc. (Delaware) · Applies uniformly across the Services — the Site and the logged-in Account experience across every Product, Solution, and Marketplace tool

1. INTRODUCTION AND RELATIONSHIP TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

This Cookie Policy explains how Leovoid Technologies, Inc. (“Leovoid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies across the Services — including the Site and the logged-in Account experience across every Product, Solution, and Marketplace tool — and provides the detailed information referenced in the Cookies and Tracking Technologies provisions of the Privacy Policy. This Cookie Policy applies uniformly across the Services, wherever they are made available, across all Leovoid-operated domains and subdomains, and does not vary by Product, Solution, or Marketplace tool. This Cookie Policy is incorporated by reference into, and should be read together with, the Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined in this Cookie Policy have the meaning given in the Privacy Policy.

2. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website, which allows the website to recognize your device on return visits. We also use similar technologies that function comparably, including pixels (small transparent images that register when content is viewed, sometimes also called web beacons or clear GIFs), local storage (data stored by your browser), and log files (records automatically generated by our servers). This Cookie Policy uses “cookies” to refer to all of these technologies collectively, unless otherwise specified.

A cookie may be a “first-party” cookie, set directly by the Site, or a “third-party” cookie, set by a domain other than the Site, typically because a third-party service (such as an analytics or content provider) is embedded on the Site. A cookie may also be a “session” cookie, which expires when you close your browser, or a “persistent” cookie, which remains on your device for a set period or until you delete it.

3. CATEGORIES OF COOKIES WE USE

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are required for the Site and the Services to function — for example, to maintain your session, remember items in a Marketplace cart, or enable security features such as the session timeout described in the Account Terms. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled through our cookie consent tool because the Site cannot function properly without them, though you may block them through your browser settings at the risk of impaired functionality.

3.2 Functional and Preference Cookies. These cookies remember choices you make, such as language or display preferences, to provide a more personalized experience.

3.3 Analytics and Performance Cookies. These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Site, including which pages are visited and how long visitors stay, so that we can measure and improve Site performance.

3.4 Marketing and Advertising Cookies. Where used, these cookies track browsing activity to help us and our marketing partners deliver more relevant advertising and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

4. CURRENT COOKIES IN USE

A current, detailed list of the specific cookies used on the Site — including each cookie’s name, category, purpose, duration, and whether it is first-party or third-party — is automatically generated by our cookie consent management platform through periodic scanning of the Site, and is displayed within the cookie consent banner and the “Cookie Settings” or “Privacy Settings” link in the Site footer. This Cookie Policy describes the categories and third parties involved in that list in Sections 3 and 5; the specific, itemized list is maintained there rather than in this Cookie Policy, so that it accurately reflects the cookies actually in use at any given time.

5. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES, CONTENT DELIVERY, AND ANALYTICS PROVIDERS

5.1 Analytics Providers. We use analytics providers, such as Google Analytics, which may set cookies to identify your browser and collect aggregated data about your interaction with the Site, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5.2 Third-Party Content Delivery Networks. The Site loads certain JavaScript libraries and icon resources directly from third-party content delivery networks, including jsDelivr and unpkg, rather than hosting them on Leovoid’s own servers. When your browser loads these resources, it sends a standard request directly to that provider’s servers, which may incidentally reveal technical information such as your IP address and browser type as an ordinary byproduct of serving the file — the same way loading any externally hosted web resource does. These providers do not receive Customer Data or Personal Information you submit to the Services, and Leovoid does not direct them to track visitors; their receipt of this technical information is a function of how web browsers request externally hosted resources, not a data-sharing arrangement Leovoid has established for tracking purposes.

5.3 Identity Providers. Where you choose to sign in using a third-party identity provider (such as Google or Apple), that provider may set its own cookies as part of the sign-in process, governed by that provider’s own cookie and privacy practices, consistent with the Account Terms.

6. MANAGING YOUR COOKIE PREFERENCES

6.1 Cookie Consent Banner and Settings. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie consent banner presented when you first visit the Site or first access the Services, or through the “Cookie Settings” or “Privacy Settings” link available throughout the Services, which reopens the consent banner. Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies are not set until you provide consent through the banner.

6.2 Browser Controls. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge, each of which publishes its own instructions for managing cookies. Because browser controls apply to cookies generally rather than to specific categories, blocking cookies through your browser may affect functionality across the Site, including features that rely on strictly necessary cookies described in Section 3.1.

6.3 Analytics Opt-Out Tools. Where Google Analytics is used, you may opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on, in addition to managing cookies through the consent banner.

7. DO NOT TRACK AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no accepted industry standard for responding to DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them. Where required by applicable law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized universal opt-out signals as an expression of your choice to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information or targeted advertising through cookies, to the extent our cookie consent management platform is configured to detect and process such signals, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

8. CHANGES TO THIS COOKIE POLICY

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes in the cookies and third-party providers we use. Material changes are addressed in accordance with the change-notification provisions of the Privacy Policy. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Cookie Policy reflects the most recent revision.

Questions about this Cookie Policy may be directed to Leovoid Technologies, Inc. using the privacy contact information published in the Privacy Policy.
