Applies to the Web Accessibility Scanning module of the Accessibility Solution · Entity: Leovoid Technologies, Inc. (Delaware)
A.1 Scope. This Schedule governs the web-based automated accessibility scanning module of the Solution, including automated accessibility Scans, automated Reports, and Expert Accessibility Audits, and supplements these Solution Terms. A different medium of accessibility evaluation (for example, a physical or print-based accessibility scanning module) is governed by its own separate Schedule under the same Solution, not by this Schedule. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Product Terms or the Solution Terms. This Schedule does not address the Retainer or Remediation: an Accessibility Expert Audit may be included within certain Retainer levels, and Remediation of findings from an Accessibility Expert Audit may be ordered as a separate work order, but in each case the scope, terms, and pricing are governed exclusively by the Master Services Agreement and its applicable exhibit or statement of work — not by this Schedule, which facilitates access to the audit and quote workflow only.
A.2 Plan Limits (Web Accessibility Scanning). This module is subject to Plan Limits determined by Customer’s plan tier, as published on the Site’s pricing page and/or stated in the applicable Order Form at the time of purchase or most recent renewal, in accordance with the Plan Limits provisions of the Solution Terms; this Schedule does not separately enumerate or restate them. Free plan automated Reports may additionally withhold the compliance score, which requires certified expert review to calculate; this is a report-content feature rather than a Plan Limit.
A.3 Automated Reports. Automated Reports reflect machine-detectable findings, within the Plan Limits applicable to Customer’s plan tier, as of the Scan date only. Automated findings are not a complete inventory of accessibility issues — including because content beyond any applicable Plan Limit is not evaluated — and the absence of a finding is not evidence of conformance. Automated Reports are informational tools and are subject in all respects to the no-legal-advice and no-compliance-guarantee provisions of the Solution Terms.
A.4 Expert Audits; WCAG Conformance Target. Expert Accessibility Audits are professional evaluations conducted against WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the default conformance target, consistent with the version and conformance level most commonly referenced by applicable accessibility laws, unless a different WCAG version or conformance level is identified at purchase. Where an audit additionally evaluates against WCAG 2.2 success criteria not present in WCAG 2.1, those findings are identified separately in the deliverable as addressing matters beyond current legal requirements, and their inclusion does not indicate, and must not be represented as indicating, that conformance with WCAG 2.2 is legally required. Audits are scoped by page count and platform complexity per the published tier table or custom quotation. Deliverables consist of the certified report identified at purchase, including the calculated score. Audit findings reflect the state of the evaluated pages at the time of evaluation; subsequent changes to the Website Entity are outside the audit’s scope. Turnaround times are good-faith estimates.
A.5 Remediation (Cross-Reference). Remediation quotations are provided at no charge following an Expert Audit, every time, and remain valid for the period stated in the quotation or, if not stated, the period specified in the Documentation. Remediation is a separate work order governed exclusively by the executed Leovoid Master Services Agreement (the “MSA”) and the accepted quotation or statement of work, per the Remediation Facilitation provisions of the Solution Terms; this Schedule does not define or limit the scope of Remediation. Where a Remediation engagement is entered into, it implements the fixes identified in the applicable audit as scoped in the accepted quotation, and conformance of content or code added after Remediation is excluded from that scope. Status transitions in the quote workflow (requested, in review, sent, accepted, declined) are communicated by email and in-app notification, facilitating but not replacing the MSA-governed engagement.
A.6 Retainer (Cross-Reference). Where a Retainer level selected by Customer includes services within the scope of this Schedule (for example, an Accessibility Expert Audit or periodic re-scan), the inclusion, frequency, and scope of those services are determined by the Retainer level Customer selects under the MSA and its applicable exhibit — not by this Schedule, which does not define or limit Retainer content. A Retainer is an ongoing services relationship, not additional Platform access; Platform access remains governed by Customer’s Subscription tier for this Solution. Where facilitated through the Solution, Retainer billing, renewal, and cancellation follow the billing-and-renewal and Retainer Facilitation provisions of the Solution Terms.
A.7 Discount Application. Plan-based discounts (including any volume-tiered discounts available on annual Enterprise billing) apply to Expert Accessibility Audit pricing as published at the time of purchase, per the Discounts provisions of the Solution Terms. Pay-as-you-go customers without a Subscription pay list price.
A.8 No Certification. Consistent with the no-legal-advice and no-compliance-guarantee provisions of the Solution Terms, no Offering under this Schedule constitutes a legal compliance certification or a guarantee against claims, demand letters, or litigation, and all evaluations are point-in-time technical assessments.
