Accessibility Statement

Applies universally across all Leovoid-operated domains and digital properties · Entity: Leovoid Technologies, Inc. (Delaware)

1. OUR COMMITMENT

Leovoid Technologies, Inc. (“Leovoid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. This is a genuine commitment for us specifically because accessibility evaluation is what we build for our customers, and we hold our own digital properties to the same standard we ask them to meet.

2. CONFORMANCE STATUS

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Leovoid’s target conformance level is WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the same level our Accessibility Solution evaluates customer websites against, and the level most commonly referenced by accessibility laws applicable to our own digital properties.

Conformance status: fully conformant, based on our internal self-assessment described in Section 8. Our Platform and websites are built to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We have also incorporated applicable WCAG 2.2 success criteria where our architecture supports implementation, and we continue to monitor the future direction of WCAG as those guidelines are developed further by the W3C. This statement will be updated periodically as our digital properties change, and immediately if our conformance status changes.

Accessibility Conformance Report. A more detailed, criterion-by-criterion Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), based on the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT), is available on request and will be published on the Site once finalized.

3. MEASURES TO SUPPORT ACCESSIBILITY

Leovoid takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of our digital properties: including accessibility as part of our design and development practices; using our own Accessibility Solution to evaluate our digital properties on an ongoing basis, consistent with Section 8; providing a channel for visitors to report accessibility barriers, as described in Section 4; and assigning responsibility for accessibility to a member of our team.

4. FEEDBACK

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our digital properties. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers by contacting us using the information in Section 10. We try to respond to feedback within 3–5 business days.

5. COMPATIBILITY WITH BROWSERS AND ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY

Our digital properties are designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers and commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers and screen magnification software. They are not designed to be compatible with browsers or assistive technology versions older than several years, or with technologies not currently supported by their own vendors.

6. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Accessibility of our digital properties relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your device: HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript. These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

7. LIMITATIONS AND ALTERNATIVES

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of our digital properties, there may be limitations. Please contact us using the information in Section 10 if you observe an issue, and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, item, or transaction you seek through an alternate communication method.

8. ASSESSMENT APPROACH

Leovoid assesses the accessibility of our digital properties through internal self-evaluation, including automated and manual review using our own Accessibility Solution. As of the date of this statement, this assessment has not been independently verified by a third-party auditor; Leovoid may pursue third-party validation in the future, in which case this Section will be updated accordingly. We use our own product to evaluate our own properties for the same reason we ask our customers to trust it: because we rely on it ourselves.

9. SCOPE OF THIS STATEMENT

Leovoid operates multiple digital properties — including, without limitation, leovoid.com, leovoid.org, leovoidtechnologies.com, and tenthloop.com, and any other domain Leovoid now operates or later operates or acquires — which may be built using different technologies and design systems, and may accordingly have different actual conformance results even though they share the same target standard stated in Section 2. This statement applies across all such properties as a single, uniform statement of Leovoid’s accessibility commitment, target standard, and assessment approach; where the conformance status of a specific property differs from another, that distinction will be reflected in the conformance status described in Section 2 or in supplemental detail published alongside it, rather than treated as a separate statement.

This statement describes the accessibility of Leovoid’s own digital properties. It is separate from, and does not affect, the Accessibility Solution’s evaluation of a customer’s own Registered Assets, which remains subject to the no-legal-advice and no-compliance-guarantee provisions of the applicable Solution Terms; the fact that Leovoid’s own properties conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA does not itself constitute or imply a warranty, certification, or guarantee regarding any customer’s own website or digital property.
